The Dusty X Unlimited Gulf Edition is a very special edition based on the already available Dusty RX. The color scheme of the e-bike is inspired by the racing suits of some of the best racing drivers in the history of motorsport. The best-known example of the combination of the two colors blue and orange is certainly the legendary Gulf (oil) paintwork of classic racing cars, which also explains the addition to the name of the Dusty RX.

Technically, the bike is similar to the Dusty RX and therefore also comes with a lightweight carbon frame that integrates the electrical components of the Mahle drive largely out of sight. The fixed battery with 350 Wh capacity is installed in the down tube, while the X20 hub motor with 55 Nm torque is used in the rear wheel. The e-drive is operated via the modern interface on the top tube. The gears are the Force XPLR Etap AXS from SRAM with 12 gears.

As a special upgrade, the special model comes with ONOFF S9 carbon handlebars with silicone grips as well as stable and lightweight Cosmic SL carbon wheels from Mavic with a 45 mm profile and SRAM Force AXS carbon cranks. With mudguards, an integrated lighting system and the pleasantly wide 40 mm Maxxis tires, the bike is also suitable for everyday rides away from the race track 😉

Von der Dusty X Unlimited Gulf Edition gibt es eine Auflage von nur 50 Bikes weltweit, die einzeln von Hand lackiert wurden. Neben der kleinen Auflage könnte für so manchen aber auch der Preis eine Hürde darstellen, werden für das exklusive Bike doch stolze 7.999 Euro aufgerufen.
