It has already become a tradition: For the fourth time in a row tire manufacturer Panaracer releases a limited edition of Gravelking Color tires. As always, with unusual colors that give the bike a personal flair and set a color accent.

These colored Gravelking tires in limited edition are made with the same ZSG tire compound, anti-flat casing and 120tpi construction that riders already know and appreciate from the regular Gravelking tire. All models from 32mm are also compatible for tubeless use.

For 2021, Panaracer now has a tire in blue / purple “Pansy” respectively, as well as a tire in “Flamingo Pink”, both of which have a brown gumwall sidewall and are available in the sizes 700 x 32 mm and 700 x 38 mm. The wider version in particular is thus also well suited for urban use. In terms of tread, the aforementioned tire sizes are available in the three variants SS, SK and as slicks — as from tires with coarse tread to almost no tread at all.

“These limited edition tires have garnered a bit of a cult following in the bike scene, and it’s a fun challenge to come out with something different every year. For 2021, we choose Pansy, because it’s a really beautiful and rich color that’s also rather unique, and pink because it has been the number one requested color by Panaracer fans for a while now”.

Previously produced colors include mustard yellow, purple, sandstone and ivory, military and olive greens, blue, and orange. And all but a handful of these tires have long sold out.

“All of our limited edition colors have done really well and sold out quickly. They are a single-run production, which means we will only make them once and when they sell out, they really are gone. So get yours before it’s too late,” encouraged Zell. 2021 limited edition Gravelking colors will be available directly from panaracerusa.com, panaracer.co.uk and local distributors in early to mid-June.
