Having already won the Eurobike Gold Award, the German Design Award and the Design & Innovation Award, the Moustache J has now received another prestigious award: the Gold iF Design Award.
Out of almost 11,000 submissions from various sectors in 2024, Moustache J is among the exclusive 0.7% of candidates honored with an iF Gold Award. This makes Moustache the only bicycle brand to receive this award in 2024!
The jury released the following statement on their decision to award the Gold Prize to Moustache J:
“This electric bike is not only a technical gem, it also helps to reduce the industry’s over-reliance on global supply chains. It is a return to workshop manufacturing to create a compact, welcoming, safe and customizable electric bike that can be tailored to the needs of each user. Vive la liberté, vive la France!”

For the J, the R&D department from France’s Vosges region started with a blank sheet of paper and broke free from all habits to create their dream bike. The bike embodies a fusion of state-of-the-art technology, ergonomic design and unsurpassed performance, setting new standards in the bicycle industry. It is all the more rewarding to see that the efforts have paid off and that the bike has received such positive feedback both inside and outside the industry.
