Designs for the daily commute meet easy-change silhouettes that are seasonless and timeless — that’s how MAIUM describes the new styles in its Spring/Summer 2022 collection, with the label from the Netherlands bringing popular designs in fresh new colors, including the Poncho, Mac and Trench.
Poncho: The completely waterproof poncho comes in new colors this season. Golden Poppy, a bright red-orange, is designed to brighten up any rainy summer day. A more futuristic look is expressed by Green Gecko and the popular silver-colored model. With its super-long, oversized fit and front pocket with pouch function, the poncho is a staple for any commuter or outdoor enthusiast.
Mac: The Mac also returns to the new collection. Made from 88 recycled PET bottles, the waterproof mackintosh is inspired by the traditional Macintosh coat from 1824. In addition to the new soft old pink, the Mac is also available in Iced Coffee, Black and Army Green.
Trench: Developed in Amsterdam by foul-weather experts, the traditional silhouette is available in black and Iced Coffee — an elegant yet practical look. A lot of attention has been paid to detail in the design, from the storm flap to the adjustable cuffs as well as waist belt. Like all MAIUM coats, it is vegan and animal-free.
