We have already covered the LD920 E from Decathlon’s own brand B’TWIN in detail here. No wonder, because the urban e-bike not only offers a pleasing look, but also a real high-tech drive. The newly developed Owuru motor combines electric assistance with a continuously variable, automatic gearshift. Riders simply set the desired cadence and the motor and gearbox do the rest.
Comparable technology can currently only be found in bikes with the new Pinion MGU, which also combines motor and gearbox. Although this offers even more power, it is hardly comparable in terms of price — because the LD920 E from Decathlon is a real bargain! The price of 2,999 euros was already very attractive at the start, but has now been reduced by 500 euros.
So the bike is now available for just 2,499 euros! This is remarkable, especially as the rest of the bike’s equipment is also very comprehensive: the bike offers full everyday equipment with lights, mudguards and pannier rack, and there is even an integrated GPS tracking option. Interested parties can choose between two frame shapes (high-frame or low-frame with comfort frame in trapezoidal shape) and four sizes from S to XL. The bikes can be ordered directly via the Decathlon website and then delivered conveniently to your home or free of charge to your nearest Decathlon store.
