The niche of compact cargo bikes is growing rapidly — and the new BOK H2 will soon be joining in. Visually, the sleek urban bike immediately evokes memories of a classic: the eye-catching frame design is clearly modelled on the legendary Cannondale Hooligan. No coincidence — BOK designer Torgny Fjeldskaar played a key role in the design of the Hooligan almost 20 years ago.

The concept of the BOK H2 is based on sustainability and versatility: The frame, pannier rack and frame bag are manufactured entirely in Europe, and there will also be different versions — from the purist single-speed to the electric version with Mahles X30 hub motor and portable battery.
A practical feature on the BOK bike: in addition to the front and rear racks, there is also an additional storage space between the frame tubes for the customised cargo bag!

The project is currently still in the preparation phase. The team is currently looking for partners and investors for series production, which is planned for early 2026.

By the way: Cannondale itself also has a very similar bike in its programme — the Compact Neoo. Also visually inspired by the Hooligan, it uses a rear hub motor from Hyena and a permanently installed battery. At 1,900 US dollars, the bike is also quite attractively priced, although unfortunately it is currently only available in the USA.
