Kalkhoff is introducing its new Season models with a favourable start to the new bike season — new versions of the popular e-bikes at particularly attractive prices. We already tested the some models of their Lightweight series here last year: the urban Endeavour L Move, the versatile SUV e-bike Entice L Advance and the stylish Image L Advance for city commuting. Kalkhoff is now expanding this series to include the price-conscious Season variants, which round off the lower end of the line-up.
Starting at 2,999 euros
The new Season models focus primarily on a strong price-performance ratio. The Entice L Season and Endeavour L Season start at just 2,999 euros, while the Image L Season is only slightly higher at 3,199 euros. Kalkhoff therefore offers an attractive option for anyone looking for a high-quality e-bike, but who does not want to compromise on price. For comparison: the other variants in the Lightweight line-up start at 3,499 euros.
New equipment — and new colours
Despite the lower price, the new variants have been equipped with practical new features: For the first time, all Season models have a suspension fork at the front as standard, which noticeably increases ride comfort on uneven roads. This feature was previously reserved exclusively for the Entice L SUV model. The new bikes also set fresh visual accents. In addition to tried and tested colours, there are three new paint finishes: Sustainedgrey Matt, Duskblue Matt and the eye-catching Coolmatcha Matt — a yellow-green eye-catcher.
Price advantage thanks to selective optimisations
In order to make the favourable entry-level price possible, Kalkhoff has deliberately made savings in some areas, but without losing sight of quality. For example, the Image L Season comes with a classic bicycle chain instead of a belt drive. The derailleur gears of the Season models are kept somewhat simpler and all bikes are equipped with Bosch’s LED Remote without a display — functionally reduced to the essentials.
Also available with the powerful Bosch CX motor
In addition to the lightweight models with the sporty Bosch Performance Line SX motor, Kalkhoff also offers season variants of the 5 series — equipped with the powerful Bosch Performance Line CX drive. The Image 5 Season and the new Entice 5 Season thus offer strong performance at equally attractive prices.
What’s exciting is that the Entice 5 Season is also available in the new model generation for 2025 and, thanks to the latest Bosch drive, benefits from the new software update, which enables an increased torque of up to 100 Nm. Prices here start at 3,699 euros.
All new Kalkhoff Season models are now available — either with a classic diamond frame and high top tube or with a comfort frame as a step-through model or as a trapezoidal frame for the 5-series models. All further information on the e-bikes can be found directly on the Kalkhoff website.
