Moustache Bikes from France is presenting a completely revised e-bike programme for the 2026 model year. The new structure of the range offers a clearer overview and covers a wide range of riding styles – from sporty urban bikes and versatile all-round models to performance-orientated SUV bikes. All bikes feature modern drive technologies from Bosch with the latest Performance Line motors and Pinion, which combines motor and gearbox with its innovative MGU.
Also new in the portfolio are the so-called Essential models, which are offered at attractive entry-level prices – without compromising on quality, equipment or driving comfort.
The new Samedi 27 Xroad HD: more versatile than ever
The Xroad, a proven model for everyday use and leisure activities, has been fundamentally revised. The 2026 version has a newly developed, slimmer hardtail frame. Depending on the version, the bike comes with Bosch’s new Performance Line, Performance Line PX or Performance Line CX motors, along with a 600 Wh battery. The equipment is complemented by details such as the optional front pannier rack solution, which makes the Xroad even more versatile for everyday use. The market launch is planned for October 2025, with the recommended retail price starting at 4,199 euros.
Full suspension: Samedi 27 Xroad FS and Mardi 27 FS
The full-suspension Xroad FS has also been extensively revised for the coming model year and benefits directly from the innovative technology introduced with the Moustache J. Thanks to a new manufacturing process, the frame weight has been reduced by around 600 grams. The workmanship is seamless and of high quality, with no visible weld seams. Together with the new Bosch 600 Wh batteries, the latest Bosch motors and optimised tyres, this results in a weight saving of up to 2.2 kilograms compared to the previous model, depending on the equipment. The result is a comfortable, versatile e-bike that is just as suitable for city rides as it is for touring. Similar technical improvements can be found on the Mardi 27 FS, which has been specially optimised for use in urban areas and impresses with its modern technology and high level of riding comfort. Both models will be available from October 2025. The recommended retail price starts at 4,299 euros.
Light, agile, for everyday use: the Dimanche 28 Urban
We already attested to the Dimanche 29.2 EQ — which we recently tested here — as a successful mix of gravel and everyday bike. Now, however, Moustache is launching a variant that is specially designed for everyday urban use: the new Dimanche 28 Urban. This model combines a light, stiff aluminium frame with the Bosch Performance Line SX motor, which provides a sporty yet natural riding experience. The SR Suntour NRX suspension fork reliably compensates for uneven ground, ensuring a high level of riding comfort even on rougher roads. Despite the minimalist design, the e-bike is suitable for everyday use and is ideal for the daily commute through the city. The market launch is planned for November 2025, when the price will be 3,799 euros.
Clutch SUV with Pinion MGU: Maximum riding pleasure, minimum maintenance
All Clutch models rely on the integrated motor-gearbox system MGU from Pinion with 12 gears, which enables a combination of high riding dynamics and minimal maintenance. The Clutch is available in three equipment versions, each in four sizes and two colour variants. In addition to the thoroughbred MTB versions, the bike is also available as an SUV version with 150 mm suspension and road equipment — lights, mudguards and pannier rack are all on board and ensure a high level of suitability for everyday use. The bike is already available for 8,299 euros.
