We had only just reviewed it in detail here, and now — as we already suspected in our conclusion — the Crivit Urban e-bike from Lidl is available as a real bargain. Instead of the 1,699 euros mentioned at the beginning, the discounter is currently selling the bike for just 1,199 euros.
While we had advised in our article rather to the almost equally priced Tenways bike, this comparison is of course invalid in view of the current price. For the now just under 1,200 euros, you will hardly find a better singlespeed e-bike with belt drive, which comes with a really good e-drive including torque sensor! In addition, the bike is equipped with a hydraulic brake system, which is not a matter of course in the low price segment.
